Shipping

We process all orders in-house, so it will take us 2-3 business days to pack and ship your order with love. 

Shipping time varies by destination. Once your order ships, you will be emailed tracking information so you can check on the status of your order. 

Returns

If you would like to return your order, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Once you confirm your return, you must ship us your order within 7 days of delivery. We will unfortunately not cover the shipping costs.

Our products are intricately handmade to-order, so we will only accept returns that are in the perfect condition in which they were received. All products must have no stains and no damage. For masks, please ensure they are in the original packaging. For handbags, all additional straps must still be attached.
